Kingston Wharves Limited (KW) has advised that its Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been amended to include an additional resolution, which is being proposed for shareholders’ consideration.
The Annual General Meeting of Kingston Wharves Limited will be held at the Kingston Wharves Limited Total Logistics Facility (TLF), 195 Second Street, Newport West, Kingston 13, on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.
KW noted that shareholders will also be advised of the amendments via the placements of inserts into the Annual Report prior to dissemination.
