The Board of Directors of Kingston Wharves Limited has approved a resolution for a final dividend of $0.02 per share in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2012 and an interim dividend of $0.08 per share in respect of the current year, making a total payment of $0.10 per share payable on Thursday, March 28, 2013 to shareholders on record as at March 22, 2013. The ex-dividend date is March 20, 2013.
