Kingston Wharves Acquisition of Port-of-Kingston Stevedoring Business of Allied Truckings & Maritime Services Ltd

Kingston Wharves Limited has advised that on February 14, 2014 it acquired the stevedoring business conducted by Allied Trucking & Maritime Services Limited (“ATMS”) at Port Bustamante. The purchased price of US$2,950,0000.00 is subject to certain terms and conditions and is payable over a period of three years.
