Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) – Sale of Condo

Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has advised that it just completed the sale of a condo unit at the Midblock Condominium complex in Midtown, Miami, Florida. In addition, a unit at the Loft II Condominium complex has gone into contract and the sale is expected to close in March 2019. The combined consideration for both units is approximately USD450,000.00 and the net proceeds from the sales will be deployed towards the acquisition of other properties and the reduction of debt.
