Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) has advised that the Company has received a Takeover Bid Circular from GraceKennedy Financial Group Limited on January 20, 2020 with an offer to purchase 100% of the Company’s issued share capital at the price of $2.01 per ordinary share.
Key has further advised that the Company will issue and circulate a Directors’ Circular to its shareholders in due course.
