Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) KEY has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, agreed to the tabling of a resolution for a Rights Issue at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on October 22, 2020.
KEY further advised that the requisite Addendum to the Notice of the AGM containing the specifics of the resolution will be circulated to the shareholders in accordance with the notice requirements.
