Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) has advised that Mrs. Kisha Anderson, a Director of the Company, tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors and all Board committees, effective March 10, 2020.
KEY has also advised of a further delay in the submission of its Fourth Quarter 2019 results, due to the delayed submission of information from third party partners. KEY anticipates that the report will be submitted on or before March 30, 2020.
