Key Insurance Company Limited (KEY) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Charlton Hylton as a Director and Financial Controller on account of personal reasons with effect as at December 10, 2016.
Mrs. Jacqueline Leckie Johnson, who is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, has been appointed as Finance Director and will lead the Company’s Finance Department.
