Julaire Hall – Profile

Ms. Hall joined the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica as head of its Secretariat in 2013. Since 2015, Ms. Hall’s responsibilities has grown to include management of its 200-seat, BPO turnkey incubator. Ms. Hall leads the development and implementation of a series of initiatives and projects geared towards furthering the growth of the BPO sector.

Prior to joining the BPIAJ, Ms. Hall worked in various departments at Jamaica Promotions Corporation; the national trade and investment promotion agency providing technical administrative support on a series of national initiatives such as the National Export Strategy, National Competitiveness Council and other Export Development initiatives.

Ms. Hall was a recipient of the 2016 Organisation of American States/eCornell University Scholarship where she studied and completed a Certificate programme in Financial Management. Ms. Hall also holds a certificate in Management, Marketing and Motivation from GIZ Global e-Academy and a Foundations of Management certificate from the IESE Business School from the University of Navarro. Ms. Hall is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Development Diploma at Jamaica Stock Exchange e-Campus.

Ms. Hall is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (Mona) where she completed her Masters of Science degree in Governance and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations with double minors in Political Science and Social Policy & Administration. Ms. Hall was awarded the Hermione McKenzie Prize in Social Policy (2009) having received highest grade in the subject. Julaire was an Honoree in the UWI Social Sciences Honorary Society and a Highest Grade Achiever in Jamaica for History (CAPE, 2006). Ms. Hall also holds an Associate Degree in Humanities.
