JSE’s Best Practices Award

Jamaica Stock Exchange’s listed company and stockbrokerage, Dehring Bunting & Golding Ltd., (DBG) walked away with the Inaugural Governor General’s Award for Excellence at the JSE’s Best Practices Awards (2005) on December 6, 2006 at the Hilton Hotel. The Governor General’s Award for Excellence is presented to the company which emerged with the highest number of points. The awards were initiated last year by the Jamaica Stock Exchange to recognize companies who have upheld the best practices standards in the areas of Corporate Disclosure and Investor Relations; Annual Reports; Website and Company Performance.  Here DBG’s Senior Manager, Stockbrokrage, Vernon James (right) receives his award from Governor General Prof. Kenneth Hall.
