The Board of Directors of the Jamaica Stock Exchange has approved a quarterly dividend of 7.61% per annum on the Redeemable Variable Rate Preference Shares for the period March 1, 2011 to May 31, 2011 in the amount of J$0.038 per share payable on June 8, 2011 to shareholders on record as at June 3, 2011. The ex-dividend date is June 1, 2011.
