JSE Rules Orientation Session – Victoria Mutual Investments Limited

The Regulatory and Market Oversight Division (RMOD) conducted an orientation session for newly listed company Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Offices of Victoria Mutual Investments Limited. In  attendance on VMIL’s behalf were Corporate Secretary, Ms. Keri-Gaye Brown, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Ms. Wanda Josephs, Legal Research Officer, Ms. Kristian Johnson, Risk and Compliance Manager, Ms. Natalie Bennett and Senior Administrative Assistant, Ms. Natasha Reid. The orientation session were conducted by RMOD’s Market Surveillance and Compliance Officers, Mr. Richard Grizzle and Mr. Reynard Whyte.
