Neville Ellis engaged students from St. Hilda’s High,as he explained how maths is applicable to the Stock Market.
The Jamaica Stock Exchange was apart of the Ministry of Education maths expo, that was held at the University of the West Indies on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, under the theme “Mathematically Charged: Empowered for Life”. Thousands of children from all over the island participated in the expo and the Stock Exchange was able to engage students in the topic “The Relevance of Mathematics to the Stock Market”.
