JSE Appointment of Directors

The Jamaica Stock Exchange has advised that at a Special Board Meeting held on June 23, 2011, Mr. Donovan Perkins was appointed Chairman and Mr. Garth Kiddoe was appointed Deputy Chairman of the company. There were no other changes to the Board of Directors.
