Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared quarterly preference shares dividends payable on July 1, 2009 to shareholders on record as at June 15, 2009 on the undermentioned classes of Preference Shares:
1 3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of 3.5 cents per stock unit
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of 2.5 cents per stock unit
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” of 2.5 cents per stock unit
1 1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of 3.0 cents per stock unit
The X-Date is June 11, 2009.
