Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared quarterly preference dividends payable on October 1, 2011 to shareholders on record at the close of business on September 15, 2011 on the undermentioned classes of preference shares:
1 3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares `B` of 3.5 cents.
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares `C` of 2.5 cents.
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares `D` of 2.5 cents.
1 1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares `E` of 3.0 cents.
The X-Date is September 13, 2011.
