This is to advise that the Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited at its meeting held on May 2, 2006 declared quarterly dividends payable on June 30, 2006 to shareholders on record at the close of business on June 15, 2006 on the undermentioned classes of Preference Shares:
1.3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D”
1.1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E”
The Directors omitted a quarterly interim dividend on the Ordinary Stock of the Company
