The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited at its meeting held on June 20, 2006 declared quarterly dividends payable on September 29, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2006 on the under mentioned classes of Preference Shares:
1.3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D”
1.1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E”
The Directors omitted a quarterly interim dividend on the Ordinary Stock of the Company.
