Jamaica Public Service (JPS)- Dividend Consideration

Jamaica Public Service Company Limited Board of Directors will be asked to consider the declaration and payment of dividends on preference share of the Company at its meeting scheduled for June 12, 2008. Dividends will be payable on October 1, 2008. The record date to be considered by the Board is September 13, 2008.
