The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited at its meeting held on December 12, 2006 declared quarterly dividends payable on March 30, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2007 on the undermentioned of Preference Shares:
1.3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” 3.5cents
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” 2.5cents
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Prefernce Shares “D” 2.5cents
1.1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” 3 cents
X-date is March 13, 2007. The directors omitted a quarterly interim dividend on the ordinary stock of the company.
