The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited at its meeting held on December 9, 2008 declared quarterly dividends payable on April 1, 2009 to shareholders on record as at the close of business on March 13, 2009 on the following Preference Shares. The X-Date is March 11, 2009.
1 ¾ % on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of 3.5 cents
1 ¼ % on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of 2.5 cents
1 ¼ % on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” of 2.5 cents
1 ½ % on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of 3 cents
