Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared its quarterly preference shares dividends payable on April 1, 2010 to shareholders on record at the close of business on March 15, 2010 on the undermentioned classes of preference shares:
1 3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of 3.5 cents
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of 2.5 cents
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” of 2.5 cents
1 1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of 3 cents
The X-Date is March 11, 2010.
