Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared quarterly dividends payable on December 31, 2009 to shareholders on record at the close of business on December 15, 2009 on the undermentioned classes of preference shares:
1 3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of 3.5 cents
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of 2.5 cents
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” of 2.5 cents
1 1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of 3.0 cents
The X-Date is December 11, 2009.
