Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared quarterly preference dividends payable on October 1, 2009 to shareholders on record at the close of business on September 15, 2009 on the undermentioned classes of preference shares:
1 3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares `B` of 3.5 cents.
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares `C` of 2.5 cents.
1 1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares `D` of 2.5 cents.
1 1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares `E` of 3.0 cents.
The X-Date is September 11, 2009.
