This is to advise that the Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited at its meeting scheduled to be held on October 28 2021, 2021 will consider the approval of declaration of quarterly preference F Dividends payable on November 26, 2021 to shareholders on record at the close of business on November 11, 2021.
