Jamaica Producers Group Limited (JP) has advised that the following companies, Chairman of which is Mr. Charles Johnston, JP’s Chairman, purchased stock in JP on
Friday, May 30, 2008, as under :-
a) Lennox Portland Limited, 108,329 JP units
b) Marine Management Services Limited, 108,329 JP units
c) Jamaica Fruit & Shipping Co. Limited, 108,329 JP units
In addition, 871,171 units were purchased for the Jamaica Producers Group Limited ESOP, on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 and Thursday, May 29, 2008, in the amounts of 646,171 and 225,000, respectively.
