Please be advise that effective June 20, 2006, Mr. Ramasundaram Ramesh has resigned from the Board of Directors of Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB).
Mr. Ramesh has been asked to assume certain public service duties in Trinidad and this together with the international expansion of Caribbean Money Market Brokers, of which he is the Chief Executive Officer, has meant that his workload and responsibilities have increased significantly. Under the circumstances Mr. Ramesh has thought it prudent to resign from the Board of JNNB and has tendered his resignation.
