Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB) has advised that the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago has completed its assessment of JMMB`s application to acquire the additional fifty (50%) per cent of the shares of Intercommercial Bank Limited and Intercommercial Trust and Merchant Bank Limited, and has granted its approval for JMMB to acquire those shares and become the 100% shareholder.
