Please be advised that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited held today, May 26, 2022, the Directors approved a Resolution declaring an interim dividend of Twenty-Five Jamaican Cents (.25¢) per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on June 10, 2022. The interim dividend will be payable on July 11, 2022.
The Ex-dividend date will be June 9, 2022.
