JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised that at a special meeting of JMMBGL’s Board of Directors, held on November 9, 2020, the directors approved a resolution to declare an interim dividend of Twenty Five Cents ($0.25) per ordinary share, payable on December 21, 2020, to shareholders on record as at November 24, 2020, subject to the following conditions:
i. Payment will be made in keeping with the Bank of Jamaica’s previously issued guidelines regarding payment of dividends by Financial Holding Company designates
ii. Accordingly, subject to the consent of those shareholders holding more than 1% of the Company’s ordinary shares as at the record date, payment will be made only to eligible shareholders who hold 1% or less of the ordinary shares in the Company.
The ex-dividend date is November 23, 2020.
