RE: JMMBGL DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE Y/E MARCH 31 2023.
We write to advise that JMMB Group Limited’s audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023, which are due to be made public on May 30, 2023, will be delayed. Instead, the audited financial statements will be made public on or before June 16, 2023.
The delay is due to the fact that our auditors, KPMG Chartered Accountants, require additional time to complete their procedures.
In keeping with Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago regulations, notification of delay of the publication of our audited financial statements will be posted on our website, as well as via advisories in the national newspapers.
