Please be advised that at the meeting held today, November 25, 2021, of the Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited, the Directors have approved a Resolution declaring an interim dividend of Twenty-Five Jamaican Cents (.25¢) per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on December 10, 2021. The interim dividend will be payable on January 7, 2022.
The Ex-dividend date will be December 9, 2021.
