Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited has advised that Mrs. Patricia Sutherland will resign as a director from the Board of JMMB Securities Limited, JMMB Fund Managers Limited and JMMB Puesto de Bolsa S.A. effective March 31, 2014. Mrs. Sutherland`s decision to resign from these subsidiary boards is to allow her time to assist with the coordination and implementation of the Unite for Change Campaign anchored by the Ministry of National Security. She remains a director of JMMB Merchant Bank Limited, Capital and Credit Securities Limited and the Chairman of the Joan Duncan Foundation.
