Ja. Livestock Association (JLA) – Share Issue

At a meeting of the Board of Directors on November 5 it was resolved that 40 million Preference Shares of $1.00 each of the company be offered at $1.50 per share to the members of the company as at record date November 25, in proportion to their respective holdings in the issued capital of the company.
