Jamaica Livestock Association (JLA) – Dividend

The Board approved the payment of the usual semi-annual interim dividend of 3 1/2% on the cumulative participating preference shares outstanding as of record date February 28, 2006 and further resolved that the payment date be March 15, 2006.
