Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised of the sale Bay City Supermarket in Montego Bay, which will be effective October 31, 2016.
Bay City Supermarket is operated by Bay City Foods Limited, in which JAMT has 49% ownership.
JAMT stated that the sale will allow the Company to focus on the rest of businesses within the group and thereby improve overall operating results.
