Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) Signs Agreement for the Purchase of GOJ 42.9% interest in KIW

Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that the agreement was signed for purchase of GOJ 42.9% interest in KIW on March 3, 2017. The purchase price is $57,000,000.00 and an initial deposit of $10,000,000.00 has been paid, with the balance payable in approximately 30 days.
