JSE’s Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has advised that at an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Jamaica Stock Exchange, 40 Harbour Street, Kingston, for shareholders to consider and, if thought fit, approve the subdivision of the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
