Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) has advised that in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the JSE has been adopting measures to adhere to strategies being pursued by the Government to handle the outbreak. Consequently, the JSE advises that the submission of its Annual Report will be delayed.
JSE further stated that in keeping with the 45 days extension granted to listed companies by the JSE, the JSE’s Annual Report will be submitted on or before June 15, 2021.
