Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) has advised that at a meeting of their Board of Directors held on March 12, 2019, the directors declared a dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share, payable to shareholders on record on March 26, 2019, to be paid on March 29, 2019.
The ex-dividend date is March 25, 2019.
JSE further advised that this represents the final dividend to be paid for 2018. The total interim dividend and final dividend for 2018 is Two Hundred and Ninety Million Three Hundred and Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Jamaican Dollars (290,312,500.00 JMD) being the total of 70% of the total net profit after taxes of the Company and its subsidiaries.
