Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) has advised that Mr. Jason Chambers was appointed to the Board of the Company to fill a casual vacancy at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 10, 2020. The effective date of Mr. Chamber’s appointment is January 10, 2020. Mr. Ramon Small-Ferguson has been appointed as the Alternate Director to Mr. Chambers.
