Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) has advised that at a meeting of their Board of Directors held on March 21, 2018, the directors declared a dividend of $0.1355 per ordinary share payable to shareholders on record at April 6, 2018 to be paid on April 20, 2018. The ex-dividend date is April 5, 2018.
The JSE further states that this payment represents the final dividend to be paid for 2017. The total dividend and final dividend for 2017 is $172.1 million being a total of 78% of the net profit after taxes of the Company and its subsidiaries.
