The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has advised that the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment to its ordinary shareholders at the Board Meeting held on July 30, 2020:

• Dividend per Share –      $0.15
• Record Date              –     August 14, 2020
• Payment Date           –     August 31, 2020
• Ex-dividend Date     –     August 13, 2020
