Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that the Board of Directors on October 26, 2018, considered and approved that quarterly preference dividends be declared payable on December 31, 2018 to shareholders on record at the close of business on December 14, 2018.
The ex-dividend date is December 13, 2018.
Payments are as follows:
3.5₵ on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B”
2.5₵ on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C”
2.5₵ on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D”
3₵ on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E”
