RESOLVED that this Board HEREBY APPROVES a Class F Preference Share dividend payment of Five Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred and Seventeen United States Dollars and Fifty Three Cents (US$575,217.53) or 0.23424657534 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference Shares of the Company payable on May 26, 2023 to share/stockholders on record at close of business on the 15th day of May 2023. This amount will be distributed out of retained earnings.
