Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that their Board of Directors at a Special Board Meeting held on November 12, 2018, approved a Class F Preference Share dividend payment of Two Million Three Hundred and Thirty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-Seven United States Dollars and Nine Cents (US$2,332,827.090 or 0.94999999 United State Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference shares of the Company payable on November 30, 2018 to share/stockholders on record at the close of business on November 26, 2018.
The Company further advised that the payment will be distributed out of retained earnings.
The ex-dividend date is November 23, 2018.
