Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that their Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on March 28, 2019 is expected to consider declaration of quarterly preference F Dividends payable on April 19, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 12, 2019 on the undermentioned class of Preference Shares:
“Resolved that this Board HEREBY APPROVES a Class F Preference Share dividend payment of Five Hundred and Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred and Eight United States Dollars and Ninety–Four Cents (US$581,608.94) or 0.23684931505 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference Shares of the Company payable on the April 19, 2019 to share/stockholders on record at close of business on the 12th day of April, 2019. This amount will be distributed out of retained earnings.”
