Jamaica Public Service Co. Ltd. Declares Dividend for its Class F Cumulative Non-Redeemable Preference Shares

Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 27, 2017, considered and approved declaration of dividend  of US$0.2368493151 for its Class F Cumulative Non-Redeemable Preference Shares, payable on March 24, 2017, to stockholders on record at the close of business on March 10, 2017.  The ex-dividend date  is March 8, 2017.
