Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has advised that as it relates to any instance of noncompliance with a loan covenant by JPS during the financial year ended December 31, 2012 to which the audited statements relate, JPS has received and was in possession of waivers from the Company’s lender addressing the said breaches up to December 31, 2012.
