Jamaica Producers Group Limited (JP) has advised of the resignation of Mr. John O. Minott as a director effective November 6, 2015 and consequently, he is no longer a member of the Audit and Executive committees of the company. JP in agreement with Mr. Minott confirms that his resignation is not related to any disagreement or concern in respect of accounting principles or pratcie, financial statement disclosure or any other issue impacting on the Audit Committee or the member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
